When renting a car with a driver, please take note of the following:
1. The prices above do not include fuel costs, toll fees, parking fees, fines, and accident handling fees. Any violations or accidents must be reported in advance and covered by insurance. Otherwise, the lessee will be responsible for any resulting losses.
2. No deposit is required for daily car rental with driver service.
3. The lessee should ensure that the driver has sufficient meal and rest time. If the trip involves traveling outside the driver’s hometown, the lessee is responsible for covering the driver’s travel and accommodation expenses.
4. The daily car rental is limited to 300 kilometers. Any excess mileage will be charged separately.
5. For your safety, our company specifies that the driver’s continuous driving time should not exceed 4 hours. The accumulated daily driving time should not exceed 8 hours, and the total service time per day should not exceed 12 hours. Overtime is calculated after 22:00.
6. If the lessee has any dissatisfaction with the driver’s performance, they can directly contact our customer service department to provide feedback or file a complaint. We will handle the matter properly.
Parking fees and tolls (if driver pays on behalf of the lessee, the actual costs will be reimbursed to the driver).
Overtime fee: 5-7 seater cars + Buick business cars: 50 RMB/hour; Large and medium-sized buses: 200 RMB/hour (round up to the nearest 30 minutes for overtime exceeding 30 minutes, round down within 30 minutes).
Fuel cost (estimated): 5-7 seater cars + Buick business cars + Audi A6: 1 RMB/kilometer; 20-seater minibusses: 2 RMB/kilometer; 33-48 seater coaches: 2.5 RMB/kilometer, actual refueling at the gas station as needed.
Expressway tolls (estimated): 5-7 seater cars + Buick business cars + Audi A6: 0.8 RMB/kilometer; 20-seater minibusses: 0.8 RMB/kilometer; 33-48 seater coaches: 1 RMB/kilometer.
Driver meal fee: 30 RMB/meal.
Accommodation expenses of 200 RMB/night will be incurred for overnight for the driver, toll fees (if driver pays on behalf, actual costs will be reimbursed to the driver).
Overtime fee: 5-7 seater cars + Buick business cars: 50 RMB/hour; Large and medium-sized buses: 200 RMB/hour (round up to the nearest 30 minutes, plus 1 hour for overtime exceeding 30 minutes, round down within 30 minutes).
Exceptions for one-way transfers:
For pickups between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM the next day, an additional subsidy of 50-100 yuan will be given to the driver.
One-way transfers are point-to-point, and additional charges may apply for excessive detours or long waiting times (to be confirmed before using the vehicle).
